MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A group of state lawmakers are putting forward a $25 million plan to help startups in Wisconsin. The fund would invest in agriculture, technology, energy and other industries. Lawmakers and business owners said Wisconsin has lagged behind other states in creating private sector jobs.
