A Fond du Lac woman accused of
murdering her husband cannot see her
sister. At a motion hearing Monday Fond du
lac judge Gary Sharpe denied a request by Eve Nance to be allowed to have
contact with her sister Tina Ewell. The judge turned down the same request
by Nance in January. The 37 year old Nance is charged
with first degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse in the shooting
death of her husband Timothy Nance. She is being held in the Fond du Lac
County Jail on $300,000 cash bond. Ewell was originally arrested with
Nance in connection with Timothy Nance’s disappearance but was later released and not
charged. A jury trial is scheduled for July
14.
