4-14-14 heavy rain turns to snow

No flood watches or warnings in effect for our listening area this  morning.  Rudy Schar with the National Weather Service says the heavy rain from yesterday and last night has turned over to snow.  The Fox River at Berlin is at flood stage and the Rock River at Waupun Is over its banks.  In Fond du Lac minor street flooding was reported. Public Works crews were pumping water to alleviate the situation at locations on South Park Avenue and near 4^th and Marr Streets.
