The DNR is investigating the discovery of three severed deer heads in a town
of Beaver Dam parking lot in Dodge County. Dodge County Sheriff Pat Ninmann said a deputy was patrolling a parking lot
in the Shaw Marsh Wildlife Area on March 29 when he observed three deer heads with the antlers
cut off. Ninmann said the deputy also discovered the bodies of beheaded deer nearby.
She said the deer appeared to be field dressed. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Department at
