4-9-14 unmanned drone legislation

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A group of legislators says Gov. Scott Walker has signed a bill that would restrict the use of unmanned drones in Wisconsin. The bipartisan measure outlaws deploying a drone capable of making video or audio recordings in areas where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy. It also requires police to obtain warrants before using drones to collect evidence except in emergency situations. I
