4-2-14 fdl county board

Two incumbent Fond du lac County board supervisors were defeated in Tuesday’s spring election.
Former Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s captain Dean Will defeated incumbent John Meyst in the District 21 race.  "I first have to thank my wife Becky.  She gave me the permission to do this and my family was very supportive of me.  I'm very thankful for all of the voters and I appreciate their support,"  Will said. Challenger Sarah Everson beat incumbent Mike Gannon in District five.  "I'm very excited and very honored to be selected to serve my district five on the county board,"  Everson said.  Tom Schumacher defeated state treasurer Kurt Schuller for the District 8 seat, and Marty Ryan was elected in District 23. "I'm excited to be back in public service,"  Ryan told WFDL news.  Ryan previously served on the Fond du Lac city council.
