A town of Empire man arrested on child sex assault and
firearms charges has pleaded not guilty to 11 counts related to the alleged sexual assault of a child. Jeffrey MacMillan entered the plea at an arraignment hearing
Friday in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court. He was arrested in January after sheriff’s deputies executed
a search warrant at his town of Empire home. MacMillan
is accused of repeatedly sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl in the
home. McMillan is being held in the Fond du lac County Jail on $2
million cash bond.
