Lt. Governor Rebecca Kleefisch is currently traveling around Wisconsin talking with local taxpayers about their ideas for tax reform. She’s going to every corner of the state to solicit ideas and input from small business owners, veterans, realtors, retirees, people from every walk of life. Next week she’s visiting Fond du Lac to hear what local folks have to say about taxes. This time it is scheduled for the evening to make it convenient for those who may have work or family obligations during the daytime. As a leader in the FDL community with a particular interest in economic development, you are invited to attend the Roundtable. Thursday, March 13, 2014 – 5:30 p.m. (please arrive by 5:20) Where: UW-Fond du Lac, University Center Room 113 400 University Dr., Fond du Lac, WI 54935 Notes: The Roundtable will last 60 minutes. It will begin with remarks from the Lt. Governor and a brief presentation from Secretary Chandler. Then attendees will be welcome to provide comments on Wisconsin’s current tax climate and their ideas for tax reform.
