1-16-14 voucher school closes after taking taxpayer money

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Milwaukee voucher school has apparently shut its doors after collecting $200,000 from taxpayers. The Journal Sentinel reports on the closure of LifeSkills Academy, citing a December 17th letter from the Department of Public Instruction to the school .The Associated Press attempted to reach the school yesterday but a number for it had been disconnected.
