A preliminary hearing will be held next Thursday for a Fond du lac woman charged in the shooting death of her husband. Thirty seven year old Eve Nance made her initial Fond du Lac court appearance Wednesday on
charges of first degree intentional homicide and party to the crime
of hiding a corpse. District attorney
Eric Toney asked for a million dollars cash bail. Judge Gary Sharpe set bail at $300,000 cash. Nance is accused of shooting her husband Timothy Nance at
the East 10th Street home in Fond du Lac last month
and then dumping his body in a wooded area in Milwaukee.
