10-16-13 veterans discounts for hunting and fishing licenses

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A bipartisan bill that would give wounded veterans discounts on hunting and fishing licenses has passed the Wisconsin Assembly. Wisconsin residents and non-residents with Purple Hearts would be given various breaks on license fees. The Assembly passed the bill on a voice vote Tuesday. The Senate approved the measure in June but the Assembly tweaked the language, which means the Senate must take it up again.
