9-11-13 thelma sadoff center for the arts grand opening

A weeklong celebration is underway for Fond du Lac’s new Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts.  A grand opening celebration was held Tuesday night for the center named after the late Thelma Sadoff.  Arts Center director Kevin Miller says the major arts center expansion was made possible by the generosity of the Sadoff Family Foundation.  "its really overwhelming, its exciting to see the response,"  Miller told WFDL news.  Miller says says  high-profile  performers, art exhibits and special gatherings will be a draw for tourists to visit Fond du lac.  The public is invited to view the new contemporary wing at the arts center which opens Thursday and Montgomery Gentry 

performs Saturday night.
