12-6-13 pearl harbor artifacts added to wi veterans museum

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Artifacts from a Wisconsin woman who served as a nurse at Pearl Harbor during World War Two have been added to the collection of the Wisconsin Veterans Museum. Rhoda Ann Ziesler-Weller of Manitowoc was stationed at Pearl Harbor less than a month before the Japanese attack on December 7th, 1941. Ziesler-Weller survived the attack and remained stationed at Pearl Harbor until 1945. She died in 2001.
