10-15-13 updated tax collection figures

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Updated tax collection figures show Wisconsin's budget year ended $89 million better than previously anticipated and the money is expected to help pay for Gov. Scott Walker's proposed $100 million property tax cut. The Senate is scheduled to vote on the property tax measure Tuesday. That cut will lower taxes on the average home by $13 this year.
