On Monday, January 13, 2014, the
City of Fond du Lac Police Department arrested two Fond du Lac men, ages 59 and 36, for their
involvement in the January 05, 2014 armed robbery of the Speedway gas station located at 550 W. Johnson
St. One of the men arrested had
originally identified himself as a witness to the robbery, but the
Police Department’s investigation revealed he was acting
as a lookout. The other man was arrested for
actually committing the robbery. Both men were transported to the
Fond du Lac County Jail after their arrest and are being held on charges of Armed Robbery, Party
to a Crime of Armed Robbery and two Fond du Lac County warrants.
