OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — Union workers at the Oshkosh Corp. have voted to reopen contract extension talks with the company to help win a military contract. Union officials say the vote happened today. The current union contract expires in 2016. Oshkosh Defense says it needs a five-year extension in place in order to compete for a contract to build a military vehicle.
