6-10-14 fdl police surround home-man found dead from self-inflicted gunshot wound

Fond du Lac Police say a Fond du Lac man apparently shot and killed himself at a  West Scott Street residence Monday afternoon.  Traffic was blocked on Scott Street at Monmouth Street as police surrounded the home after receiving reports that shots had been fired in the residence.  Police used a  robotic device from Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office before entering the residence and finding the victim with an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound.
