A proposed new fire station, town hall and public works facility may come before town of Fond du lac residents in the form of a referendum this fall.  The options will be discussed at the Town of Fond du Lac

annual meeting next week.  The town has hired a Sheboygan architect firm to develop a new master plan that includes replacing the fire station and incorporating a new  town hall and public works facility.  An advisory committee determined the present fire station on Pioneer Road is too small. Town officials also say a new pumper truck is needed at a cost estimated at close to a half million dollars.
