Dodge County Sheriff Pat Ninmann has officially announced
that she is running for Sheriff this fall. Ninmann was appointed a year ago to replace retiring sheriff Todd Nehls. Ninmann has worked in the sheriff’s office since 1996. In a press release issued over the weekend Ninmann says in the past year owi citations have increased
five percent, a 12 percent increase in speed citations and motor vehicle
crashes are down 2.9 percent.
Ninmann says violent crime decreased 45 percent and property crimes are down 29 percent.
