4-4-14 milk truck overturns-thousands of gallons of milk spilled

A milk truck tipped over on a Highway 151 on ramp spilling over 5,000 gallons of milk.  Fond du Lac Fire Chief Pete O’Leary says the incident happened over the lunch hour on the southbound on ramp to the 151 Bypass near Festival Foods.  O’leary says the DNR was contacted and crews worked to pump the milk out of a catch basin and to pump water over the area to dilute the milk.  The truck driver received minor injuries.
