4-12-14 multiple sclerosis fundraiser

A fundraiser is being held this weekend for a Fond du lac woman who is running this year in an effort to raise

money and awareness in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis. Amy VanDyke needs to raise eight thousand dollars to meet her $20,000 goal to participate in the MS Run the U.S. Relay race in 2014.  The cross-country race consists of 16 runners who run on average 170 miles over six consecutive days.  On May 23rd Van Dyke will begin her segment from Steamboat Springs, Colorado to the Nebraska-Colorado border.

VanDyke and TNT Fitness in Fond du Lac will be hosting a 24 hour row-spin and silent auction fundraiser from 7am Saturday through 7am Sunday.  VanDyke says she is also accepting mile sponsors and daily sponsors.
