2-7-14 violin theft update
MILWAUKEE (AP) — Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn says tips from the public and the ability to track a stun gun helped police identify suspects in the theft of a multi-million dollar Stradivarius violin. The violin was stolen in January from Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra concertmaster Frank Almond, who was shocked with a stun gun. Flynn says today that officers worked with the maker of the stun gun to identify one suspect.
