10-9-13 forest mall development

Several new restaurants are planned for the southeast corner of the Fond du lac Forest Mall.    The Fond du Lac Board of Appeals this week approved exceptions to building and parking lot setback regulations and sign regulations for a  new Hardees restaurant and Panera Bread restaurant.  Planner JoEllyn Dahlin says that area of the Forest Mall parking lot will also be resurfaced.  There are also plans for a Panda Express restaurant.  The real estate broker is seeking tenants to lease property to the east of Younkers Department store and for the northwest corner of Johnson Street

and Peters Avenue.
