A Lomira man accused of participating in the delivery of heroin to a Fond du lac man who later died of a drug
overdose has been bound over for trial. Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing Thursday
for 49 year old Jeffrey Abitz on a charge of party to the crime of first degree reckless
homicide. District Attorney Eric Toney says Abitz and 56 year old
Reginald Dorsey of Milwaukee are charged under the Len Bias law in the heroin
overdose death of a Fond du Lac man last summer. Dorsey is the person who is accused of giving the drugs to
the victim. He made his initial Fond du lac court
appearance .earlier this week.
