8-8-13 private school voucher applications

The president of Saint Mary’s Springs Academy in Fond du lac says the school has had a great response from area residents applying to participate in the expanded private school voucher program.  Kevin Shaw says 45 parents have submitted applications and the deadline is this Friday.  "Hopefully we'll get a total of about 80,"  Shaw told WFDL news.  "We were expecting that because we did do a pretty good job I thought as far as marketing it and preparing people over the last year that it (voucher expansion) might just come to us.  So we were ready.'
