MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Dalai Lama has told Wisconsin state lawmakers that the key to a successful life is not money or power but having love and affection for others. The Tibetan spiritual leader says the United States is "the greatest democratic country and leading nation of the free world." The Dalai Lama met privately with Governor Scott Walker earlier today.
